Why Polyaspartic Performs Better in Arizona
Arizona heat destroys cheap epoxy floors. Polyaspartic is engineered to thrive in it — curing in hours, resisting UV, and lasting many years without peeling or fading.

4× Stronger Than Epoxy
Desert Heat Performance
Arizona summers hit 115°F and beyond. In a closed garage, floor temperatures can top 130°F. Standard epoxy — even professionally installed — softens, bubbles, and eventually peels under that kind of sustained heat.
Polyaspartic is an aliphatic polyurea coating originally developed for industrial bridge decks. Unlike epoxy, it cures through a moisture-independent reaction that works even in extreme heat. The result is a coating that's harder, more flexible, and permanently UV-stable — regardless of what Arizona throws at it.
That's why we use polyaspartic exclusively. Not because it's trendy — because it's the only coating we'd stake a 15-year warranty on in this climate.

The Polyaspartic Advantage
Here's why we use polyaspartic exclusively — and why our customers are glad we do.
Most Floors Done in One Day
Many residential garage floors are installed in one day. Walk on it in approximately 6 hours, vehicles can return within 24–48 hours, and full chemical resistance is reached in approximately 72 hours.
100% UV Stable
Polyaspartic won't yellow, chalk, or fade in Arizona's intense sun. Your floor looks new for decades.
4x Stronger Than Epoxy
With superior abrasion and impact resistance, polyaspartic handles heavy tools, car jacks, and daily wear without chipping.
Hot Tire Resistant
Polyaspartic bonds at the molecular level and is highly resistant to heat stress from hot tires. No more peeling or lifting.
Chemical Resistant
Gas, oil, brake fluid & many chemicals — our polyaspartic coatings are among the most chemically resistant floor surfaces available. Spills wipe clean without staining.
Beautiful Custom Finishes
Choose from flake blends, metallic effects, or solid colors. Every finish is sealed with a clear gloss or matte topcoat for a showroom look.

Our Process
How Our System Works
01
Concrete Assessment
We test for moisture, inspect for cracks, and assess the surface condition. Most slabs are good to go. Some need minor repairs before we coat.
02
Diamond Grinding
Industrial diamond grinders open the concrete pores and create a mechanical bond profile. This is the step DIY kits skip — and the #1 reason cheap coatings peel within a year.
03
Primer Coat
A penetrating polyaspartic primer seals the concrete and provides a chemically bonded base for the finish coats. No primer = no permanent bond.
04
Decorative Finish Layer
We broadcast your chosen flake blend, metallic system, or solid color base coat across the primed surface. This is where the design comes to life.
05
Clear Polyaspartic Topcoat
One or two coats of gloss or matte UV-stable aliphatic polyaspartic seal and protect the finish. Hard, chemical-resistant, and shine-locked for decades.
Common Questions
Polyaspartic is a polyurea-based coating that cures in hours, resists UV damage, and can last 15–20 years. Epoxy is a thermosetting resin that takes days to cure, yellows in sunlight, and typically fails within 2–5 years — especially in Arizona heat.
You can walk on a polyaspartic floor in approximately 6 hours. Vehicles can typically return within 24–48 hours. Full chemical resistance develops in about 72 hours. Epoxy, by contrast, needs 3–7 days before you should park on it.
Epoxy uses aromatic chemistry that breaks down under UV exposure, causing yellowing and chalking. Polyaspartic is an aliphatic formulation — its molecular structure is inherently UV stable, so it won't discolor even after years of direct sunlight.
The upfront cost is slightly higher, but polyaspartic lasts 4–5x longer than epoxy. When you factor in the cost of re-coating an epoxy floor every few years, polyaspartic is significantly cheaper over the life of the floor.
Big-box epoxy kits are 2–3 mils thin, have little or no UV protection, and bond poorly to untreated concrete. Most peel within the first year. Our polyaspartic system is high quality commercial grade pruducts professionally bonded to diamond-ground concrete, and backed by a 15-year warranty.
Polyaspartic is ideal for any concrete surface — garages, patios, pool decks, driveways, and commercial floors. Its UV stability and slip-resistant topcoat options make it especially well-suited for outdoor applications in the Arizona sun.
With proper installation and basic maintenance, a polyaspartic floor coating can last 15–30 years without peeling or fading, depending on use and substrate condition.
