We diamond-ground the entire 850 sq ft floor, extracted the oil contamination, filled the crack with flexible polyurea, and applied our full system with a graphite and silver flake pattern. The workshop side got an extra coat of topcoat for chemical resistance since he uses wood stains and finishes daily. Six months later, the floor still looks factory-fresh despite sawdust, dropped tools, and heavy foot traffic.
