Our 15-year adhesion warranty covers:
- Peeling or lifting from the concrete substrate
- Delamination of the coating system from the prepared surface
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use over time
- Damage from chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials
- Substrate movement, cracking, or settling beneath the coating
- Underlying moisture issues in the concrete slab
- Damage caused by modification, repair, or recoating by anyone other than our crew
Keeping Your Floor in Great Shape
- Clean regularly with a dust mop and mild soap/water. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or pressure washers above 1500 PSI.
- Use felt pads under heavy furniture and equipment legs.
- Report any coating concerns to us promptly.
- Do not attempt to repair, sand, or recoat any section yourself.
